Welcome to Flamm's Men's Designer Clothing. These terms apply to use of our Shopify-powered store and purchases made through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Products and orders

Our catalog includes suits, dress shirts and accessories. Colors and details may appear differently on screens. Availability and descriptions may change. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. We may decline or cancel an order when necessary, subject to law; any refund due will be issued if payment was collected.

Prices and payment

Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before you place an order. Available card methods appear at checkout and in our Payment Policy. Use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Shipping and returns

We offer free UPS shipping within the United States. Processing generally takes 1–3 business days and transit 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.

Request a qualifying return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We cover return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. Conditions and instructions are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Website use and privacy

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security, infringe others' rights or transmit malicious code. Site content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party services may have their own terms.

We work to provide accurate information, but errors or interruptions may occur. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms by posting changes here; changes do not affect rights relating to existing orders except as permitted by law.
